Processing Time-frame:
- We will issue and email the reset information within 3 hours of receiving the information/file required from our instruction guide.
- Information/file received during the hours of 8:00am to 2:00pm (AEST) Monday to Friday will be processed same day
- information received after 2:00pm (AEST) will be processed the next business day.
- reset information/file will not be processed on NSW public holidays.
