How do I update the firmware on my Hikvision camera?

  • Download the latest firmware: Visit the Hikvision website and find the latest firmware for your camera model.
  • Access the camera’s web interface: Log in to the camera’s web interface using its IP address.
  • Navigate to “Maintenance”: Go to “Configuration” > “Maintenance” > “Upgrade.”
  • Upload the firmware file: Click “Browse,” select the firmware file, and click “Upgrade.”
  • Wait for the process to complete: Do not power off the camera during the update.
