- Log in to the camera’s web interface: Use the camera’s IP address to access its web interface.
- Go to “Event” settings: Navigate to “Configuration” > “Event” > “Basic Event” or “Smart Event.”
- Enable motion detection: Toggle the motion detection option to “On.”
- Define detection area: Draw the areas on the camera’s view where motion detection should be active.
- Adjust sensitivity: Set the sensitivity level according to your requirements.
- Link actions: Configure what happens when motion is detected, such as recording, sending notifications, or triggering alarms.
